Penne Pasta Salad
1 lb. penne pasta, cooked
1 jar roasted red peppers
1 c. kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
fresh basil, torn
1 c. olive oil
½ c. red wine vinegar
4-5 lg. cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese, grated
