This is so easy. It contains three of my favorite things (pork, wild rice and mushrooms).
6 pork chops
salt & pepper
1 c. wild rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. chicken broth, boiling
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1. Brown chops. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Grease a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle washed rice in bottom. Add chicken broth and mushrooms. Arrange chops on top. Spoon soup on top.
3. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350 F.
