Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1. Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and pumpkin in large bowl.
2. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix well and put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 F for 45-50 min.

4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. milk or cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

1. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla until soft. Add sugar until correct consistency. Frost cake.
