Add the meatballs to a jar of your favorite pasta sauce and simmer until heated through. Serve over cooked pasta along with a side salad and some fresh bread.
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 head garlic, finely chopped
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls.
2. Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
