Meatballs

I like baking meatballs instead of frying them in a pan. So much less work and mess.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Mix ingredients. Shape into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls.
3. Place in ungreased 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Saucy Meatballs


1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. sour cream

1. Mix ingredients and heat in skillet.
2. Add cooked meatballs and simmer.
